These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Knowledge to Wealth Publishing website and your purchase and use of our digital products. By accessing the website or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

Knowledge to Wealth Publishing sells downloadable educational materials, including real estate investing manuals, workbooks, resource guides, fillable PDFs, and automated Excel calculation toolkits. All products are delivered electronically. No physical products will be shipped.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Payhip, Stripe, or PayPal. Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected during checkout. We may change prices or promotions at any time, but changes will not affect completed purchases.

After successful payment, customers receive access to the digital files included in their order through a secure download page or email link. Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and saving their purchased files securely.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the published technical requirements before purchasing. A Windows or Mac computer, PDF reader, ZIP-file extraction capability, and a current desktop version of Microsoft Excel are recommended for full use of the complete system.

Features may not function fully in mobile applications, browser-based spreadsheet programs, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, or unsupported software. Microsoft Word is not required.

Purchases provide the customer with a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to download and use the materials for the customer’s own educational and real estate analysis purposes.

Customers may print reasonable copies for their personal use and may create property-specific copies of the actual-property Excel toolkit for their own evaluations.

Customers may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload, publish, or give the files to another person.
• Copy or reproduce the products for commercial distribution.
• Remove or alter copyright notices, disclaimers, branding, or ownership information.
• Claim the materials, designs, formulas, or tools as their own.
• Use the products in violation of applicable law.

All content remains the intellectual property of Giovanna Verdone, Joseph Mignano, Knowledge to Wealth Publishing, or the applicable rights holder.

Because digital products provide immediate access to downloadable content, sales are generally final once the download link has been delivered. Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, an incorrect product being delivered, a corrupted or inaccessible file that we cannot replace, or a product that materially differs from its published description.

Refund-review requests must be submitted within seven calendar days of purchase and include the customer’s name, order number, purchase email address, and a description of the problem. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by the payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

All products and website content are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, lending, appraisal, insurance, construction, brokerage, or other professional advice.

We work to provide useful and accurate educational information, but laws, regulations, websites, markets, programs, costs, and industry practices may change. We do not guarantee that every item will remain current, complete, or applicable to every location or transaction.

Purchases and downloads may involve third-party services such as Payhip, Stripe, PayPal, GoDaddy, Adobe, or Microsoft. Their services are governed by their respective terms and policies. Knowledge to Wealth Publishing is not responsible for interruptions or changes caused by third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Knowledge to Wealth Publishing and its authors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or investment-related losses arising from use of the website or digital products. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms and Conditions when our business, products, or legal obligations change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
